RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Want to return your item and get a refund? On the island of Torturga, nothing could be simpler. We invite you to send us an email at iledetortuga@gmail.com or contact us via the contact form . We leave you a period of 14 days for reflection (from the date of receipt) to return the product(s) to us. Products) must be returned to us in their original packaging and this last must not be opened ! You can see the jewel through the plastic window.  

Return costs are your responsibility.
